The Maeda MC 174C is one of the smallest and most compact mini crawler crane in our fleet, which has outriggers, hence the reason why it is also known as a spider crane. When packed up, it is only 590 mm wide making it suitable to fit through tight access areas. Petrol or Gas powered and weighing in at only 1290 kg, it has a maximum lift capacity of 1720 kg at a 1.0 meter working radius. This means it can lift more than its own weight. Being very compact allows it to fit in almost any lift size, making it handy for going into goods lifts, when other cranes cannot. Also by being a light weight machine, makes it ideal to work on a suspended slab. Available with a 300kg searcher hook for area’s where you have restricted head height. This crane is also fitted with white non marking tracks, so it is also suitable for working inside finished rooms or buildings.
