The Maeda MC 285CWM-3 is a compact mini crawler crane, which has outriggers, hence the reason why it is also known as a spider crane. When packed up, it is only 750 mm wide making it suitable to fit through tight access areas. Diesel powered and weighing in at only 1990 kg, it has a maximum lift capacity of 2820 kg at a 1.4 meter working radius. This means it can lift more than its own weight. Being a light weight machine, makes it ideal to work on a suspended slab. With its multi leg configuration set up, there is no challenge for this crane to fit into any space.
